Emerald City Comicon Cosplay

Hey all! That time of year has come again, the time when I come up with what epic cosplay I will make for the first couple of big cons of the year: Emerald City Comicon and Sakuracon . I will for sure go to Emerald City, and probably Sakuracon as well. My sister will be River Song from Doctor Who:

And I'm going to be a Weeping Angel:


My additional concept would be to do my own version of The Queen of Hearts in Tudor style:

All I know is that doing the angel AND the gown would take a ton of time, and I also want to make a Commander Shepard N7 armor for the summer. Doctor Who is owned by the BBC.
